Kindermusik Spring 2011

We have wrapped up another Kindermusik semester. Caleb moved up to the next level this year, and after a rough start, he loved it! He was the youngest kid in the class by at least 3 months. Mrs. Bruno was his teacher again, and he adores her!

They used scarves a lot this semester to play hide and seek, as well as watch the movement they make. Again, a big hit with Caleb.

Each day there is a story time. Caleb usually does a pretty good job of listening, and most of the time makes his way on to Mrs. Bruno's lap before the story is over.

The big parachute is another hit with the kids. The adults stand around it and wave it up and down as the kids run under. All set to music, of course!

At the end of each class, the kids wait their turn for a sticker. It took all semester, but Caleb finally learned to wait patiently for his turn for a sticker.

I've been behind on the updates, so I hope to get a lot of pics up in the next week. These are just a few random ones from the last month or so.

Caleb LOVES to drive Grandpa's truck, here he's trying out his sunglasses as well!

A month or so ago he got into the pantry and found our stockpile of Gatorade. He spent quite a while taking them all out and lining them up. He even helped put them back when he was done.



A lot of times I'll find him in his room just reading his books. He has just recently been able to climb into the big chair by himself.




Caleb also got to go to the track with Dad, and he got to take his Honda too! Andy said he had a blast, and kept it on the track pretty well. I hope to have a video up soon!

Easter 2011

Finally a day to be outside and play! Not even wearing a coat this afternoon! Here are just a few pics of the cutest little leprechaun in Heyworth!

It's been a LONG winter! We are very ready for spring at the Zellers' household! Great Grandma and Great Grandpa also get cabin fever, so we spent some time with them over the past couple of weeks. Two of Caleb's favorite things to do at their house is play with the turtle, and eat cookies out of the cookie jar. He knows right where the cookie jar is, and has Great Grandpa trained to help him out.

Great Grandma is pretty good at reading stories. It's almost like she has a little experience. :)

Mom's boots are OK too. Tough to stand up or move very far though.

The first sign of warm weather, we were off to the park. The Thompson boys came to visit, we wish they lived closer!!
